A rare honey, whose color is dark and amber, produced by bees not starting from the nectar of flowers, but from the food substrate on the bark of some forest trees. Also called „Forest Honey“, it is less sweet than common honey and it is rich in nutrients. Cleverly worked finds the perfect harmony with the unmistakable taste of white truffle. Honeydew honey remains a little-known product, which is at the top for nutritional qualities and flavor. Despite its limited availability, we continue to think that it is one of the few types honey that lend themselves to such a singular conjunction.
